All summer internship positions have been filled, however openings may be available from August to November 2010. Interns weekly hours will range from 40 to 65 depending on the time of season and the weather. The CSA internship program, which dates back to the founding of Cromwell Valley Community Supported Agriculture, is an important component of our overall mission.  Through the program interns receive education, housing and a modest stipend in exchange for working on the farm.  They gain skills and knowledge to strengthen their future involvement with organic agriculture. If interested please complete and return the intern application to farmer@cvcsa.org.

Internships

The CSA internship program, which dates back to Cromwell Valley Community Supported Agriculture’s founding, is an important component of our overall mission.  Through the program, interns receive education, housing and a modest stipend in exchange for working on the farm.  They gain skills and knowledge to strengthen their future involvement with organic agriculture.  We ask for your support so that we may continue to provide quality experiences that benefit the interns and the CSA alike.

Tax deductible contributions for the internship program can be sent by check to the internship program’s fiscal sponsor, “Fusion Parternships, Inc.,” 1601 Guilford Avenue, # 2 South, Baltimore, MD  21202.  Since Fusion Partnerships provides fiscal sponsorship to other not-for-profit organizations and projects, be sure to note on your check that the funds are for the “Cromwell Valley CSA Internship Program.”  Please drop us an email if you do make a donation, so that we can confirm its receipt with Fusion Partnerships.
